When I received clip from appliance parts pros.com, it was installed (by myself) and finally the kickplate was on within 1/2 hour of receipt! The only difficulty I experienced was a computer issue because my chat box dissappeared when I was chatting trying to locate the correct screw to use with this clip and inquiring about a handle replacement. I ended up spending my repair time trying to find a misc screw to fasten the clip on the kickplate. Read more

The plastic on the strike ice door was broken which caused cam to slip. CAUTION: when I removed assembly, I also removed swith and cover. This allowed water to enter switch and shorted it out when power was reapplied. My mistake. I ordered strike is door, switch and seal on Monday and all arrived on Friday. Replaced parts in about 30 minutes and all is working like new. PS: the prices and availabilty could not be matched by anyone else. Way to Go, Appliance Parts Pro!!! Read more

I watched the video at your site which was excellent in explaining the steps. My model had about 25 screws that I had to remove which differed from the model in the video. This was not a big issue as my gasket had holes built in for every screw which helped me to make sure the gasket was in the correct place when installed. The repair took about 30 minutes to complete.
