William M York , PA August 12, 2015 Ice froze in the ice bucket trough around the auger while we were on vacation we went to get ice and heard a very "cracking" sound the motor totally broke off the back of the ice bucket housing Ordered new parts. They arrived in very rapid time. Watched the video on how to replace on the AppliancePartsPros.com. Very helpful! Only problem was trying to get the auger drive wheel off the drive shaft as it was a reverse drive and on extremely tight.
