This is the clear glass panel mounted inside the washer door that allows you to see your laundry during the wash cycle while creating a seal that keeps water inside the drum. It sits within the door frame and is held in place by the inner and outer door panels. Replace it when the glass is cracked, chipped, or shattered, which can cause leaks or pose a safety hazard.
I ordered the new inner glass which arrived overnight, I was very surprised and elated with the delivery time. We had a power surge that tripped the washer breaker. It showed an E23 error code so I replaced the main control board (part number AP4362398.) All washer activity back to normal except it still wouldn't spin and still had E23 code. I removed the tub to pump hose (part number AP3837322) to find all sorts of goodies inside such as underwires from bras, a quarter, nickel, penny, and dime stacked perfectly on top of each other inside the filter, and tangled yarn from a rug. This small pin secures the program selection knob to the dryer's control panel shaft. Replace if the control knob spins freely without changing settings or falls off the control panel.
The error code said door switch was bad. Ordered one and replaced it, washer repaired. This was after I paid a repairman nearly $400 and did not repair my machine. I will use applancepartspros again. Read more

Replaced the water valve assembly. did not really need the dispenser part. problem mainly caused by hard water buildup where the hose connects. also replaced the hoses as they also had some hard water buildup. Read more

I unscrewed the top of the machine and pulled it back, then I unscrewed the front panel (be careful, lots of screws and I lost one in the bottom of the machine base). Then i replaced it with the new one and screwed it back on. It helps to have a second pair of hands to hold the control panel while you are removing and replacing panel. Replaced the top of machine and plugged back in. My 14 yr old son was there to hold the control panel for me. Read more
