Taking off the dryer top was easy. The Maytag Epic Z front panel comes straight off if you push in the side tabs. (It's still a struggle, but you won't break anything.) Followed your video instructions. It was invaluable. The toughest part was getting the seal on the back of the drum. Your technician made it look very easy. Once that was on, the rest was pretty easy. The control panel on my Whirlpool Duet washer had a holding screw at the bottom center of it. It wasn't shown in the video, but it was easy to figure out.
