The Shelf Cantilever Assembly is an OEM part for GE refrigerator shelves. It is a specialized set of brackets and brackets that securely mounts glass shelves to side rails for flexible organization within refrigerator interiors.

The delivery of the element was superfast, less than 24 hrs. Unplug the Stove from the receptical! Took a phippips screwdriver and took out the 2 screws holding it, and tilted it upwards a bit and pulled the element out about 3 inches an unhooked the wires.
