I took the new seal out of it's packaging and used a blowdryer on low heat to soften up the seal so that the crease from shipping (it was folded to ship) disappeared. Next I took the refrigerator door off, removed the old seal, & cleaned the area where the new seal would be applied. The only difficulty I experienced was a computer issue because my chat box dissappeared when I was chatting trying to locate the correct screw to use with this clip and inquiring about a handle replacement.
