I replaced both items. I lifted the racks out for clearance. with a small screwdriver, I flexed the flat springs holding the whole tube assembly. It came right out. Using the screwdriver, I popped the nozzle off, put the new one. I flexed the flat springs a little back into line to be able to hold the whole tube assembly, put the assembly back in, and pushed the spray arm onto the nozzle. Put racks in. done. Unable to visually confirm the leaking component, but leakage was below the area of the Water Valve. Chose to replace the water valve, hose, and clamps. The dishwasher was a retrofit in an older house, so removal and reinstall were very laborious. Water Valve and hose replacement were 15 mins.
