Ordered dishwasher rack tine tips and bottle of vinyl touch up paint. I applied the paint to each tine and then placed the tips on the tines. I waited a few hours before using my dishwasher to allow the paint to dry and allow the tips to stick to the tines. Read more

Fix dishwasher overfilling or not filling with water by replacing the float assembly. Common issue with sticky buildup preventing proper operation.
I cleaned all the jet nozzles with a toothpick and a pipe cleaner to remove the hard water deposits. I then replace the ring bearing under the bottom spray wand and the ring bearing under the upper spray wand. I also replaced the smaller radial ring bearing. I ordered the parts, deciding that if one spring had broken, the other one should probably be replaced at the same time. Seal gasket for dishwasher inlet base assembly. Replace if you notice leaks, moisture buildup, or debris entering internal components. Confirm fit.
1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Therefore I cleaned the grease and detergent off the old seal, and installed using silicone sealer/adhesive.
