Noise was coming from dryer rotation so I checked in to what it was. Found out the drum gasket had a tear in it causing the drum to "skip a beat" during operation. A month ago I replaced the heating element in a Samsung Dryer, everything was working great, then it stopped heating again. I disassembled the dryer again thinking g the heating element had quit working again. After takining it apart again I found the element be still intact and okay. Due to manufacturer changes, the idler assembly is no longer included. If needed use part number DC93-00634A. For the motor bracket only use part number DC61-01213A.

Took dryer apart. Pulled the main electronic module, and captured part and serial number from the back of the module. Cross referenced this with Samsung webpage and to verify part number was still good. Went to appliancepartspros.com and cross reference part number, found it was in stock and ordered.
