Research indicated that it may be a moisture sensor failure or a leak. It ended up being a leak from the oil seal on the motor shaft. A small piece of plastic made it's way into the system. The hot water softened it enough that it wrapped around the motor shaft, re-hardened, then tore into the shaft seal. I went on line found the PE code and started troubleshooting. I ended up ordering a new circuit board, and the half-load motor and micro-switch. It turned out, I didn't need the circuit board. Replaced vent damper actuator. Removed torx head screws on inside of door and removed vent cover(2pieces). Only real challenge is when door outer cover comes clear off.
