This had happened in the past, so to be sure it was the control board I put my voltage tester on the lead(s) to the fill valve. It showed no voltage. Replaced the board, it works great again. It took longer to diagnose than to fix once I had the part. Read more
Water level regulator.
Pulled the unit out and took the left side panel off. I temporarily hooked drain, water and electric back to it, ran a test light to the water solenoid valve so I could see when it was on and started the unit on it's normal wash. Everything was fine till I got to the rinse, the water level switch had been pushed in by the diaphram and lever, but when the wash water pumped out, the switch didn't pop back out.
