Just slid the new one on... after pulling the metal retaining clip from the old one off of the shaft. When the old knob gave out the internal metal retaining clip stayed on the shaft. I didn't notice it until I tried to replace the knob and it wouldn't slide on easily. The best part was that the knob arrived the next day after ordering. Read more

After taking off the top and front panels to access the drum, it was easy to see what the problem was. The front drum support was worn through and the 3 drum support glides were gone. The rear drum bearing was also completely worn out. And while I had the dryer apart I also replaced the idler pulley and drive belt. The only hard part was putting the drive belt back on the motor shaft and idler pulley. The dryer is back to drying clothes like a new machine. Read more
After taking the top apart, I found the drum bearing was completely worn through. Found your website, great parts list, and clear schematics for my appliance. Also, the video was very helpful. Ordered the parts I needed to repair the front support bearing, bushings (3), door seal, drive belt, idler pully, and felt seal. Read more

Found a crack in timer knob, where it slides over timer. Ordered new timer knob, pulled off old knob and slid on new knob. Works as new now. Read more
I called Appliance parts, gave the technician the make and model number . He was very nice and patient with me and told me what part numbers I needed, I told him to send all the parts . Every part was exactly right. He even gave me some advice on this repair. The cost of the parts was very reasonable and I am extremely pleased with all the help they gave me. Read more
