I did some research online to pinpoint what the clicking noise was - discovered it was the relay switch. Very simple repair - after I removed the back panel on fridge I located the relay mounted on side of the compressor. It came off easily. Ordered my part at 4pm and it was delivered to me by 11am the next day. Installed the new relay, plugged the fridge back in and BINGO - it worked :). This is the chute component that directs water from the fill tube into the ice maker mold inside the freezer compartment. It ensures water flows accurately into the ice tray without spilling into the surrounding freezer area.
