Sears no longer supported our refrigerator model, so I called Appliances Pros. I spoke with a young lady, she took the model number and description of the part we lost. It was actually 2 parts that screwed together, she alerted me to this fact. She guided me, on my computer, to the right parts. She was very efficient and in less than a a minute had located both parts. I purchased the parts, which took about a week or so to arrive. These small support posts are located on the refrigerator's interior walls and hold adjustable shelves in place. Replace when shelves sag, won't stay level, or the studs are cracked or missing.
