Problem was a failure of the delivery tubing assembly, part #154515602, or part #32 on the Motor and Pump Components parts diagram. There are three water ports on this piece. This accommodates multiple positions of the upper rack while still feeding water to the middle sprayer arm. There is a check valve over the three ports to cover the two not in use. I read/watched online how others with a leaky dishwasher replaced the motor & pump assembly on this dishwasher and that fixed their problem. It worked for me too! I bought this dishwasher used and didn't know the pump wasn't working properly. At the price I paid, it still made sense to replace the motor & pump assembly for what I paid for it on AppliancePartsPros.com.
