Bought new ones. Easy install if you use a blunt wire inserted in the small hole in the bottom of the rubber foot to expand the rubber lengthwise, therby decreasing the diameter. While expanded, insert into the hole in the grate. It is very difficult to install otherwise, as the rubber just bunches up around the hole. No amount of pounding will help. I check the troubleshooting guide and found that the temperature sensor could be the problem. I checked the Appliance Parts website to see what it looked like. Finally found it in the over. Ordered it from the picture / description on the site. It arrived early and I installed it. Oven is now working! Found the replacement part on AppliantPartsPro; watched Matt's video; ordered the part and made the repair. The part arrived via overnight shipping, and the repair was made with one day to spare. Watched a number of videos and read up on how to change hinges. My hinges were bent so we're tougher than it should be. One word of warning - getting the hinge to clip in before putting the door back is tricky as the springs are so strong. All working now and as good as new. Read more
