I ordered a new ice door assembly& spring along with a new ice dispenser solenoid. I also ordered a new tube form assembly to replace the water spout. received all part within 2 days. watched the video and repairs went exactly as described, no problem except the tube assembly. When installing the tube assembly you have to take the inside panel off the door in order to get to the spout, but no problem installed the tube and everything works perfect. Read more

I welded the auger first but it didnt seem to last. i then took the whole thing apart and found more worn parts so i ordered all of the parts i needed and replaced them. it now works like new. Read more

When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well. I bought a condo, and did not realize the freezer shelves were broken.
