Took off the freezer door, took off the top hinge on the refrigerator door, replaced the handle, re-installed the top hinge and the freezer door. This kit includes shelf support studs used to hold shelves securely in place inside the refrigerator or freezer compartment. The supports mount into the interior liner and provide a stable resting point for wire or glass shelves. Replace these if the shelf supports are cracked, broken, or missing, causing shelves to sit unevenly or fall.
The shelf support was broken for 5 years(!) I had to stack stuff under it in order to hole it up. I finally got fed up and in searching discovered that I could buy the little support to fix it.
