This vane screw secures the internal drum baffle (vane) to the drum, keeping loads turning properly and preventing rattles or snags. Replace a missing or stripped screw to restore a tight, stable baffle during cycles.
Unscrewed the front lower panel ( 2 screws ). Disconnected the pump hose clamp and removed the hose. I loosened the lower back panel and pulled out the drained hose from the rear. Replaced with new hose put back clamp and panels. Very easy Read more

Frigidaire Gallery gas dryer from maybe 15 years ago. Based on the fact the the smell was only in the dryer, I concluded it must be the gas valve failing to completely seal when closed. The fix involved pulling the top of the dryer off, removing the front and replacing the gasket. You will need to scrape the old gasket off carefully with a dull putty knife. Make sure you order high temp adhesive or find a similar adhesive for the new gasket. Read more

Ordered the parts from Appliance Pro's and installed them. Fairly easy install. Just plug in connections on motor's electrical. Top and front come off of Dryer then once belt is unhooked the Drum comes right out and you have easy access to the motor and blower. After that it is just 4 screws that hold motor and blower in. Install new equipment in bracket and fastened back in machine. When completed hit start button and off it went. Works Great. And has run several loads in last couple days. Read more
