I checked with the diagram on your website and ordered this part (after confirming with my husband). It arrived in two days! My husband took off the door, removed the old hinge, and replaced it with the new part. It took him maybe 10 minutes (including cleaning around the door opening). The door now works perfectly! It was also helpful to read the reviews about replacing the part. Great company and great service! Read more

After a few days of our 16 YO Frigidaire Affinity front-loading washer (model ATF7000EG0) dancing around the room bellowing like an elephant in musth, I decided to fix it. Well, technically, my wife decided I would fix it. I postulated that the OEM tub suspension system was rapidly deteriorating, so I ordered the shock absorber kit (5304485917), three nylon pins (131268300), two suspension springs (134362800), and a new drive belt (134051003) for good measure. These parts all arrived in... Read more
We had a power surge that tripped the washer breaker. It showed an E23 error code so I replaced the main control board (part number AP4362398.) I removed the tub to pump hose (part number AP3837322) to find all sorts of goodies inside such as underwires from bras, a quarter, nickel, penny, and dime stacked perfectly on top of each other inside the filter, and tangled yarn from a rug. Ended up replacing the... Read more

Our washing machine door boot seal was getting moldy and causing odor problems. Cleaning tablets and bleach weren't helping so it was time to be replaced. While I had the top and front off I changed all the hoses that could be collecting soap scum and mold, all other wetted parts were removed and washed. The video on the door boot seal, and inlet valve assembly were extremely helpful in understanding how these parts are removed and reassembled. Although the door boot seal is the most visible...
