I replaced the ball and socket connection for the drum. After doing so, I realized that the belt had been stretched and the tension pulley was not putting enough tension on the belt to turn the drum. After ordering a new belt, extra screw that was lost while disassembling the dryer, and some high temperature lubricant for the drum ball and socket the dryer now runs as well as it did when it was new. THANKS TO Wendy and Hannah both were extremely helpful with this order. I receive the video from Hannah to see what the code meant and the parts (Wendy help my to get) were exactly perfect in completing my problem with my dryer. Wendy said 1 to 3 business to receive the control board and she was right. The dryer is working just great now. I followed one of the videos to repair it. They suggested wearing gloves. Very good idea. I had to remove the drum to replace the belt so I also replaced the rear drum bearing assembly. The air duct seal was twisted so it was replaced too. The front drum support was in very good shape so I did not replace it. The idler pulley(belt tension) was very difficult to turn and was probably the reason the belt broke. I cleaned the pulley bearing with some WD 40 and re-greased it with the grease... Read more
Vary carefully pushed it back in place. You must align the flat section of the knob with part attached to the machine. Read more
