This mounting nut kit secures a threaded connection or component inside your appliance, keeping it tight and stable during operation. Replacing a worn or stripped nut restores a solid hold and helps prevent leaks, rattling, and poor performance. What it does:
Microwave won't heat? The high-voltage diode converts AC to DC for the magnetron. When it fails, your microwave runs but produces no heat. Moderate repair.
Mounting kit secures your microwave to the cabinet or wall with brackets and hardware. Replace if original parts are missing, damaged, or worn.
Microwave won't start or stopped working during use? A failed thermostat often causes complete shutdown. This temperature switch is replaceable DIY.
Looked at schematic on AppliancePartsPros.com. Checked power, power filter, next component in line was the thermostat, found thermostat with signs of overheating, thermostat was open, replaced the thermostat, micro works perfect. Took longer to get it out than diagnose it. Read more
Replacement door handle for microwaves. Attaches to the microwave door for opening and closing access. Needed when original is cracked, broken, or worn.
Glass turntable tray for microwave cooking surface. Replaces broken, cracked, or shattered trays. Rotates during cooking for even heating.
I received the tray in fine condition. The support ring arrived in a soft shipping pouch, and it was broken into two pieces. After notifying APPC I made repairs o the ring with toothpicks, sewing thread and glue. I really wanted my microwave back in operation. I hope you will send the replacement support ring in a box instead of a soft shipping pouch. Read more
White door handle for opening and closing the microwave door. Durable plastic construction. Replace if handle is cracked, loose, or broken off.
This temperature control thermostat regulates refrigerator temperature to keep food safely chilled. It replaces a faulty control to restore proper cycling and temperature stability for the fresh food compartment. What it does:
Purchased this thermostat for $13 and spent 6 minutes fixing the microwave. This was after I was quoted $162 to fix the microwave from a service technician. I explained that I wasn't paying $162 to fix a $200 microwave and they offered to dispose of the microwave for free--yeah, right! $13 and 6 minutes later, my microwave was fixed with this part from AppliancePartsPros.com. Replace a broken or missing microwave vent cover to restore proper ventilation and maintain airflow. Directs exhaust air to release heat and moisture.
This replacement capacitor restores reliable starting power to a refrigerator's compressor and fans, helping the appliance reach and maintain proper cooling. Use it to address start-up failures and intermittent cooling issues. What it does:
Fix a microwave that won't start, has no display, or ignores settings with this electronic control board. Restores all functions and user controls.
Secures internal components to the microwave chassis. Replace if cracked, broken, or missing to restore proper support and stop rattling or misalignment.
Fixes warm fridge or freezer temps and excessive frost buildup. This evaporator fan motor restores cold air circulation across the evaporator coils.
This fan blade mounts to the refrigerator fan motor to move air through the appliance for proper cooling and temperature circulation. Replaces a worn or damaged blade to restore airflow and improve cooling efficiency. What it does:
Coiled tension spring for microwave door latch mechanisms. Restores proper door closure when original spring is stretched, broken, or missing.
It took a long time to determine the problem but eventually I discovered that the plastic bracket (latch hook) that held the three door-switches showed appreciable wear from repeated door openings and closings. This wear stopped the door from sealing properly and the door switch safety mechanism blew the line fuse. I replaced the worn bracket (AP6230612) as well as the plastic latch mechanism (AP4553585) on the door that engages this bracket (and of course the fuse too) and the microwave now... Read more
