I thought the spring that holds up the ice/water dispenser actuator broke, but it turned out to be the plastic arm that the spring attaches to. The result was the same, the arm fell down and activated the water itself just due to gravity. You can't buy the spring by itself, nor the clear plastic ice shoot that the spring was attached to. Removed the freezer shelves and back panel, evaporator coils were frozen with ice.
