Replaced motor and new solenoid and yoke assembly, motor ran fine but Ice maker did not make Ice, water was turned on and the wire off and on latch was is the down position (on). This is the drive gear for the ice maker module. It transfers motor power to the ejector/harvest mechanism so cubes release consistently; worn or stripped teeth can cause clicking, stalls, or little to no ice production.

Also discovered the aluminum retention strap was broken and the heater had slipped down in it's position, ordered and replacement strap. Left hand side
I bought this part to fix the basket hanger on my Mom's fridge. It worked perfectly. The only thing to know about the pic of part is it says it is left side hanger and it is but the pic is confusing. I had to print out the pic and turn the pic upside down to make sure it would work on the correct side for the fridge. It is truly the left side but the pic makes it look like it is the right side hanger. Confusing, I know but for it to actually show it is the left side the image of the part... Read more
