Vertical spring adjuster insert.
Watched a few of your videos and ordered the springs and a insert, and actually got the parts right. I am not a Appliance repair guy but I am retired and I am pretty handy so I thought what the heck. I watched the videos, a lot of common sense, common tools, and plenty of time. My knuckles are busted up and a little blood, but I got it done. Was actually kind of rewarding. Works like a champ. I like fixing things and I like my 15 year old Frigidaire GLWS1649AS2, so I wanted to fix it. What I discovered, apart from what's seen in the videos: I went through all the research and started taking apart the machine thinking I needed a new spin bearing and wanting to see if and what I could do.
