First, I had to replace a cracked roller so I could roll the frig out. I did this by tilting it slightly and shoving a shim underneath. I had to use two shims to get enough clearance for the wheel. I unscrewed the old wheel, screwed in the new one pretty easy, removed the shims and rolled it out. The cooling coils were iced-up. The ice was blocking air flow to the refrigerator. This resulted in the freezer working fine while the refrigerator was warm. Called AppliancePartsPros and talked to Sally. Sally was a big help in troubleshooting the problem. I ordered and replaced the cooling coil heater. Replaced the water tube that went from the plastic tubing to the ice cube tray. Found that even though it was the same exact length as the original, there was only an extremely small gap from the end of the tube to a splash board. This may have been the root cause of my problems. Read more
