I have the GE Cafe Dishwasher - CDT725SSF0SS. The circulation pump went out so no water was spraying into the dishwasher. This kit has everything needed to install a new circulation pump. Because the new pump has a different electrical connection, you'll also need to replace the wiring harness and discharge pump - but the kit contains all the parts including clamps.
