I initially ordered the bottom rack that supports the crisper drawers which to my delight arrived much quicker than was stated. Using past customer reviews helped me immensely with removing parts from the old and installing to the new rack . Unfortunately I broke a shutter slide removing it,l called APC ( do not try to spread open the shutter slide it will break) I was connected with Robin H who was VERY helpful with my needs. The freezer gasket was not sealing properly. The new one I ordered arrived in good condition. I warmed it up in the clothes drier while removing the old one. The new one went in easily, the the problem is solved. It appears the magnetic strip in the gasket weakens over time. Read more
