Changed the water inlet valve for the water problem. To fix the problem of washer running while door was open, took off the front panel and changed the plunger sw interlock and spring which fixed the problem of washer running while door was opened mid wash cycle. Dishwasher had begun going through the cycles with not enough water in the chamber. Suspect was the water inlet valve. Checked the AppliancePartsPros video for this repair and ordered the valve from them. It arrived in a timely manner -as usual- and I pulled the dishwasher out, removed the kick toe cover, then the structural brace behind it then removed the valve.
