We took the bottom piece of the dryer, took out the thermal fuse & heating element saw the heating element was broken so we replaced both of them. Also reversed the dryer door. Read more

Based upon the symptoms, I determined that the User Interface was failing. Caution: Unplug the unit before working on it, and watch for sharp edges inside of the cabinet. The link to the technical manual was very helpful. Determined that the control board was likely the problem.
