This is a start switch intended for use with dryers. With time or because of damage caused by accident, the start switch may stop working correctly. If the start switch isn't working, then the dryer will not function properly, and a replacement part should be ordered. If the push to start switch doesn't respond, it could be damaged or broken. Replacing the push to start switch on a dryer is a simple process. Start by unplugging the machine. Remove the back panel and pull out the old push to start button. Put the new button in its place and reattach the rear panel. Wear gloves for protection. Restore power only after the complete reassembly is performed. This push-to-start button is a genuine OEM replacement part. It is sold as an individual unit. The part is sourced from the manufacturer and made of durable materials. The push-to-start button can be installed in various dryer models made by SpeedQueen and Alliance brands.

I replaced the water reservoir with a new part. Shut the water supply off, disconnect the quick release water lines to the tank and swap in the new part. After shutting the water supply off there is no pressure in the lines so it did not leak much at all while disconnecting the lines.
