The GE front loading HE washer wound paused at the rinse fill point and need manual selection of drain & spin to finish the load. Online searches told me how to get the error code. Once E22 was found online searching told me it was a water flow problem- slow fill. I removed the hoses at the washer and inspected for clogs - nothing was found. Replacement drive pulley kit for washers. Mounts on the motor shaft to transfer power to the drum via belt. Replace if worn, cracked, or wobbling.
Found the belt was thrown off. Reinstalled the belt and when doing so felt that the pulley was wobbling on the barrel shaft. I replaced the door seal for the leak. We had a small tear in the sealing surface that resulted in water dripping down the front of the machine (just below the door). I also replaced the detergent dispenser main box with diverter unit. This corrected excessive water being left inside the detergent dispenser at the end of each cycle.
