Tore entire machine down to get to wash drum. Found it had a broken "spider" which is common with most front load machines. I first watched the video showing me how to replace the tub seal. This probably covers everything you need to know about taking apart and putting together this unit. Completely disassembled the washer and power washed the back of the basket around the spider. There was light corrosion on the spider. Cleaned the tub and installed new gasket. Replace your washer's outer tub when you hear loud dragging sounds during spin or notice water leaks near the bearing. Fixes worn bearings and restores wash performance. Check fit by model number before ordering.
New inner drum and front and rear outer drum; although other parts worked, still replaced the bellow and clamp, new door latch, and cleaned the hoses. Washer works great. Just like brand new. Even though matching dryer works, I am going to clean it up and replace some parts on it also. Read more
