Washer won't spin or agitate? A faulty lid switch prevents operation when the lid isn't closed. DIY-friendly repair, typically takes 10-15 minutes.
An online search of the problem (would not agitate or spin) indicated a bad lid switch. Then with model number was able to find an online video on how to change it.
