I ordered new ones from your company and put them on when they got here. Was in a bit of shock when I found out the price but it needed to be taken care of. I could use the range top but others, including my husband, had no idea which way to turn the knobs for what. I clean my glass range top with a cleaner made for it and didn't take the knobs off every time I cleaned. I think the cleaner actually wore the numbers off. Will be cautious to take them off to avoid getting the cleaner on... Read more

Replaced the Controller (mother board). I previously replaced the temperature probe (316217002) but that did not resolve the problem. Replacing the Controller (318185446 / AP3583606) was much easier and quicker than replacing the probe. Simply remove the 6 or 8 screws that secure that range top and the top lifts easily exposing the Controller. There are only 4 electrical connections that easily unplug and reattach.
