Specifically made for use on range doors, this is the outer glass that has a frosted white frame around it. This part functions as an outer heat shield for the oven door window. If the oven has sustained direct forceful impact, it is possible that the glass could break or crack. If this is the case, this part will be a high-quality replacement part. Use caution when removing the broken glass. Allow the oven ample time to cool down first if it has been running. Wear work gloves during the replacement process. This process is very easy and takes about 15 to 30 minutes to complete from start to finish.The outer glass is sold individually. It is compatible with ranges that are manufactured by the Frigidaire, Crosley, Electrolux, Kelvinator, Westinghouse brands. It took about five minutes to unscrew two screws, place glass appropriately in the door frame and replace both screws.
