Plastic drum was broken and wasn't pushing the ice through the crusher teeth. Received my part pronto and made the repair. Was an easy fix, took about 15 min from start to finish. Took off the freezer door, took off the top hinge on the refrigerator door, replaced the handle, re-installed the top hinge and the freezer door. This is a two person job - one to remove the top hinge and replace the handle, while a second person holds the refrigerator door in place. Replacing the handle was easy. I used the oven model number to find the replacement parts online and Appliance Parts Pros had the parts I needed at the lowest cost compared to other online retailers. This repair only required a screwdriver, but it took time to figure out where everything belonged since the oven instruction manual was not very informative for a do-it-yourself fix. Read more

Dropped light panel by removing two screws with socket set. Unplugged two terminals and unclipped the light socket from the base. Then just clipped the new socket onto the base, plugged the connectors onto the terminals and remounted the base. Total job was less than 15 minutes. Read more

The site came up on a Google search suggesting a new air diffuser which was indeed the problem. I got a thermistor too just in case but probably want needed. I took the new seal out of it's packaging and used a blowdryer on low heat to soften up the seal so that the crease from shipping (it was folded to ship) disappeared. Next I took the refrigerator door off, removed the old seal, & cleaned the area where the new seal would be applied. Following the video on the Appliance Pro Parts website, I re-installed the new seal and put the door back on. Last step was to snap on the new hinge cap I ordered.
