I was very careful to remember where all the screws belonged as I took it apart. The panel required an extra small attachment to fit due to a change in design. I disconnected the spray arm housing from the bottom of the dishwasher. I took apart the spray arm housing to isolate the spray arm. I put the spray arm housing back together with the new spray arm and replaced the spray arm housing to the bottom of the dishwasher. Read more
I got online to see what might be wrong with my unit and then see what parts were recommended to repair the problem. I found this site and ordered two parts a piston and nut assembly and a check valve if the piston and nut did not fix my problem. Once I received my parts I installed the piston and nut assembly first and that was all I needed to make it drain prperly.
