Replaced upper spray arm. Read more
Turned off the water supply. Removed the two screws at the top of the dishwasher. Pulled it out and removed the plug for power. Noticed the drain hose was split causing the problem. Had to dry the whole area before reinstalling. This took a couple days. Replaced the hose with a new one. Ordered the part online on Tuesday and received it Thursday at 9:00 am. Remove from under the counter. Replace springs and spring pins. No problem! To replace gasket big problem! Need to take door apart to be able to slide gasket onto the edge on door.the location and krimp marks make it very difficult to put gasket on and stay on. Read more

This is a upper stud and roller, and it is intended for use in dishwashers. This is a genuine replacement part made by General Electric. This part is integral in the use of dishwashers. The part is placed under the upper compartment of the dishwasher and allows the rack to easily be slid in and out. The stud and roller are also what helps the rack stay secure during the washing cycle. A new upper stud and roller might be needed if the rack is sliding in and out unevenly. It possible that the ball bearing can become stripped overtime and this part might need replacing after years of normal wear and tear.This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer, and it is sold individually. It is compatible with dishwashers made by General Electric.
I watched the video provided on the website and of course, the Guide Rail Bracket video was not available even though that was the hardest to replace. So I just had to move the dishwasher out from the cabinet and then remove the old Brackets by removing the holding screws and reuse the same screws for the new parts. Read more
