Replaces a cracked, chipped or worn top trim piece on the thimble/door opening
Helps hold the thimble in place and maintain a snug, even fit
Restores a clean finished appearance to the opening
Can reduce rattling or movement caused by a loose or damaged top trim

One thimble door top

Install notes:

Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any work
Remove any retaining screws or clips and gently lift out the old trim; keep fasteners if undamaged
Align the new top trim into the opening and secure with the original screws or clips
If you encounter resistance, stop and confirm orientation to avoid cracking the replacement
