I took 11 year old washer apart, by watching step by step instructional video on this site. Found the problem & order the part (inner tub,shaft & spider). It's a shame you can't just order the spider, because the stainless steel tub & shaft were still perfectly good. Apparently, this is the manufactures way of making money. Remove the detergent drawer by pressing the release in the rear of the drawer. Located slot for magnet and placed magnet is slot. Magnet clips in place. Replaced detergent drawer and ran washer! Read more

Watched a few of your videos and ordered the springs and a insert, and actually got the parts right. I am not a Appliance repair guy but I am retired and I am pretty handy so I thought what the heck. I ordered the lid from Appliance Parts Pros which arrived very quickly. Received it with in two days of the order. I was debating for 7 years whether or not to order the lid. Washing machine worked and is still working perfectly, but the integrity of the old lid was so degraded even after having taken steps to preserve it for as long as possible. 7 years ago I saw the beginning of the lid showing signs of rust.
