This selector switch allows you to choose different cooking modes for your convection oven including bake, broil, convection bake, and other specialized functions. It directs power to the appropriate heating elements and activates the convection fan when needed. Replace this switch if you can't select certain cooking modes, if the oven operates in the wrong mode, or if the switch feels loose or unresponsive.
I had a repair man come because I could not locate the problem as there are 5 circuit boards on this oven. He located the burned terminal block at the back of the oven. He ordered a replacement part and scheduled a date to install it. A few days later the repairman called and said the part I needed is no longer manufactured and told me I had to buy a new oven.
