I had to replace the outer door panel, the metal part of the door, bottom 3/4 that attaches to the controls panel. The hardest part was removing the screws in the hinge, since you need gorilla strength to pull it downward while removing the mounting screws that connect the door to the hinge. The metal was broken completely, so the hinge was in the closed position. I used a regular phillips screwdriver and a newer version of a cross between a phillips and an allen wrench. Accidently threw away EVERYTING that was attached to the timer, but Appliance Parts Pros had what I needed, except the screws, but I was able to figure out what screws I needed. Hardest part was figuring out where the off position was on the timer. Read more
