This push-in plug button is a small replacement cap that covers and seals an unused opening or socket on compatible appliances, keeping the area clean and helping prevent debris and moisture entry. What it does:
Tension arm clip for dryers. This small clip secures the idler pulley tension arm in place. Replace if the original clip is broken, missing, or damaged.
When I pulled out the dryer from the wall, I could see dust/lint had accumulated everywhere and the vent system was compromised. I vacuumed up the dust/lint accumulation outside and then inside the vent system. I then opened the lower cabinet to clean and check its condition. I removed the water steamer bottle and its sub-assembly and then the drum. Decided to order the kit with both rollers even thou the right one looked OK.Also ordered the pulley for the idler.
