It took about 30 minutes (including the time it took to clean up the junk that had accumulated over the months under the range floor). Easy to do. Diagnosed the system using schematic on back of oven. With power ON (BE VERY CAREFUL - VERY DANGEROUS). The broiling element (Upper) does not come on if the door is not closed - I realized this when I tried to test the element using Broil - it kept saying 'Close Door', and would not heat. Therefore by replacing the door switch it fixed the problem with coming up to temperature on Bake - I guess the upper Broiling element is used in addition to the baking element to get up to temp.
