Replacing the roller assembly corrected the problem. The key to replacing the roller assembly is elevating the refrigerator high enough to remove the roller assembly. Compressor overload switch broke in my hand when I removed it but replacing it and the start relay did not fix the problem. I troubleshot the control board with the help of videos from Grace Appliance (https://www.youtube.com/c/GraceAppliance/videos) and found fans were not getting power. I ordered an aftermarket control board that offered free returns but it kept cycling off and on every minute. Replaced motor and solenoid cube along with dispenser auger. Simply watched video on repair and installation and really had no problem. My refrigerator is so old that one of the holes in the motor did not align properly. Had to drill another hole to mount the motor to the housing, took ten minutes. The ice auger took the longest as I was afraid of breaking the plastic housing trying to get the tabs to release. Had to watch the video twice to make sure I got the blades back in the right order.... Read more
Called Appliance Repair Company , , service guy came out, told me that GE no longer makes that hinge and GE would need to recast would take 4 weeks plus and cost $ 100.00 plus installation, they never showed up. After a month, I purchased from Appliance parts Pros, found easy to read plan of door showing the hinge I needed, Bought the hinge and had it in the mail within a week, installed in 10 minutes, done, Thanks Appliance Parts Pros, my refrigerator is up and running again. Swapped it out for new tube. Take 5 minutes and zero effort. The drain tube will clog with mold. You can clean it out but the tube will clog again despite's you best efforts as the tube wall provide a great habitat. Ordered new tubes to facilitate swap-outs. Old tubes can be cleaned but will recolonize quickly. Read more

We bought a used fridge and forgot to get the hardware to mount the doors. Looked up the model on your website. Using the pictures I was able to order just the parts I needed and not to duplicate anything (or leave anything out!).
