Tested the power to the unit by turning on the cooktop portion and saw that I had power to all of the burners. Turned the selector knob to broil and saw that the top element would heat up. I then turned off the breaker to the unit. I then decided to take out the baking element to do a continuity test. When I touched it, a 1.5 inch section fell out. Cleaned up broken glass. Ordered new glass. Removed 2 screws. Pulled back handle. Inserted new glass into track at bottom. Snapped in handle. Tightened up the 2 screws. Done. Peace of cake!! Video on your site was helpful. Read more

REPLACE door hinges and door handle (about 30 minutes) 1. Open the door to the first catch. 2. Lift the latch keepers (stoppers) on the hinge. 3. Lift / pull the door away from the oven. 4. set on a flat surface with inside of door up. 5. Remove three screws on the bottom of the door. 6. Remove two screws on the inside towards of the top of the door (gold in color). These are long wood type screws. 7. carefully lift the inner door from the outer door.
