Customer Service was patient, thorough, and friendly. We ordered new Elements, mine rusted. New, more sturdy GE Burner Bowls than local stores. A new rod support. My stove cooks faster, cleaner, and I was informed what my drawer was for. I wanted a new stove to go with my new dishwasher that was only one of my multiple leaks, causing flooding that required a kitchen remodel and then some. I feel proud that I spruced this baby up. My cleaning guru friend was trying to get the grease from my oven window when (luckily) the door disconnected and we could see the build up of grease and now cleaning solution. It was trashed. We both took a deep breath and went to the internet. The first few posts said to get a new oven (not a happy option). So I began to call around.
