Customer Service was patient, thorough, and friendly. We ordered new Elements, mine rusted. New, more sturdy GE Burner Bowls than local stores. A new rod support. My stove cooks faster, cleaner, and I was informed what my drawer was for. I wanted a new stove to go with my new dishwasher that was only one of my multiple leaks, causing flooding that required a kitchen remodel and then some. I feel proud that I spruced this baby up. My cleaning guru friend was trying to get the grease from my oven window when (luckily) the door disconnected and we could see the build up of grease and now cleaning solution. It was trashed. Replaced the burner, pan, ceramic block and the control. The control was the problem replacing it. 1.) control did NOT match the "B" type with regard to connection placement on the instruction sheet. 2.) The Instruction sheet was dated 1988! How about a revised sheet with the CORRECT diagram of the back of the control. 3.) H1 connection is actually 2 pins. Which is confusing in the least and can contribute to mis connections of H1 and H2 which causes a short circuit and trips the breaker!... Read more

Very easy and straight forward. Remove 2 screws from inside door and 2 small locator screws. Replace one side, push handle into the new end and do the same on the other side. Great service and quick shipping. Great company. Read more
