Found the retaining clip on the parts list. Watched the videos to figure out how the upper arm attaches. Tried cleaning out the terribly clogged upper arm. Then looked at the lower wash arm--WOW! Talk about ugly clogs! Watched second video to see how that lower arm comes off. Snap-in outlet connector that secures the upper spray arm assembly to the dishwasher. Replace if cracked, stripped, or won't hold the arm securely.
I was unable to remove the screwed snap outlet, therefore only replaced the upper spray arm and the wash arm retaining clip. This fixed the problem. It would have been helpful if a tip were given as how to remove the screwed in outlet snap nut. Read more

Removed dishwasher to replace spray arm pine--I replaced washer on pipe, too, and would recommend doing this just on principal. Removing dishwasher requires disconnecting power, water, and drain line--tools will vary depending on connections. i replaced drain line because original install was not done correctly--hose too short--You could probably do just this w/o pulling unit.
